Common Housing Materials

ABS-
ABS resin is an amorphous, opaque terpolymer, generally in the form of light yellow pellets or beads. It has the advantages of three components and is a tough, hard, and rigid material. Acrylonitrile endows ABS resin with chemical stability, oil resistance, certain rigidity and hardness; butadiene improves its toughness, impact and cold resistance; styrene makes it have good dielectric properties and gloss, and presents Good processing characteristics. The melting temperature of ABS resin is 190-240°C, and the thermal decomposition temperature is >250°C. The product has good dimensional stability and low molding shrinkage. PC-

PVC-
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a thermoplastic that is transparent, hard, brittle, and easy to process. Polypropylene-

PP-
PP is a kind of polypropylene plastic, which is non-toxic and odorless. It can be soaked in boiling water at 100℃ without deformation or damage.
