Finished product assembly process

Structural Design:Design the casing according to the customer's specifications. The housing can be made of plastic, metal, or any other material suitable for the application.

PCBA:Design PCBA according to customer’s requirements and shell structure, and install it in the shell.

Wiring assembly:Connect the various components together, wire them according to the circuit diagram provided by the customer, and energize them to make them conductive.

Testing and aging:After assembly, semi-finished products and finished products will undergo multiple rounds of inspection, testing and aging to ensure that they meet customer specifications and high quality requirements.
