Wells Technology has always been committed to quality and customer satisfaction; because we understand that no one wants to change suppliers frequently. We also know the importance of long-term service to customers. We have established long-term cooperative relationships with more than 100 major customers, with annual orders exceeding US$26 million. In order to provide customers with the necessary trust and assurance of product quality, we follow international practices and adopt authoritative standards. Our certifications include:
ISO/TS 16949: This standard was developed by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) to establish and implement a quality management system for the automotive industry supply chain. It is a supplement and extension of the ISO9001 standard and is designed to help automotive industry organizations achieve best practices in quality management, continuous improvement and supply chain management.
ISO 13485: This international standard applies to the quality management system of the medical device industry. It is designed to help medical device industry organizations ensure that their products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
ISO9001: The International Organization for Standardization standard provides a basis for the development of a quality management system (QMS) to help companies ensure that their products and services meet customer needs and continuously improve their business processes.
ISO 14001: This standard is used for the establishment and implementation of an environmental management system (EMS). It helps companies reduce adverse impacts on the environment while achieving economic benefits and fulfilling social responsibilities.
Quality Control and Standards
Based on 18 years of production experience, Wells Technology has summarized a set of strict internal control standards and MES systems, and adopts data management at every stage and every workstation in the manufacturing process; let the executive employees know the customer's requirements, production standards, and inspection specifications; let managers see real-time production records and production progress;
All our internal products are implemented according to industrial-grade quality standards; these quality control standards are stored in the data terminal at each workstation; the stored contents include program files, quality standard requirements, control processes, quality management manuals, SOP files, material inspection specifications, and job descriptions.
Our customer service team provides services to customers 24 hours a day and actively communicates with customers about their product manufacturing progress and any problems encountered during the production process. We also organize technical and design discussions between technical and engineering personnel from both sides. Ensure that our products meet customer requirements from supplier selection to production inspection to factory inspection and customer service.
In addition, our engineering team reviews project issues, solves difficulties in the project, and provides technical support to customers. After production, we summarize with customers to improve the space for product optimization; our commitment to internal control standards and engineer customer service has helped us gain a good reputation and a very trusting relationship with customers.
